By designing end-to-end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.</p> <h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>In this role, you will contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development.</li> <li>Being a <strong>Growth Associate </strong>at Fever means working independently and managing your own pipeline of projects within a business line where you can showcase the value you bring.</li> <li>Take part in the exponential growth of fever by taking the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry</li> <li>Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments which work together in the creation of new plans and events</li> <li>Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills</li> <li>Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact</li> <li>Create, develop and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth</li> <li>Work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on developing new experiences across markets, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)</li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>You have a <strong>bachelor's </strong>in <strong>Engineering </strong>(civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a <strong>background </strong>in <strong>Maths</strong>, <strong>Statistics</strong>, <strong>Data analytics</strong>, or <strong>Strategy</strong>.</li> <li>At least<strong> 3 - 5 years</strong> experience in a business analytics role.</li> <li>A high level of English is required.
