By collaborating with every team across the company, we make sure the business moves in the right direction.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Are you ready  to drive impact on a global scale, turn insights into growth, and shape the future of live experiences?</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">The Role</strong>:</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Our Growth Graduate Program is designed for top performers: graduates who shined in the top 10% of their class and who are ready for a hands-on experience, learning about strategy, analytics, and impact. As part of Fever’s Growth Team, you will use data analysis and market insights to support the execution of business strategies across all markets. Working closely with team members across different countries will teach you how we grow our business and contribute to key projects.</span></p> <p class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">What You´ll Do:</strong></p> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with multiple teams to help develop and implement growth strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work on special projects related to improving key business metrics and optimizing operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help monitor industry trends and internal performance to identify opportunities for growth.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work across different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries), to establish and execute successful growth strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide support in creating reports and presentations for different stakeholders.</span></li> </ul> <p class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Who You Are</strong>:</p> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Recently graduated<strong data-stringify-type="bold"> </strong>in a related field such as Engineering, Maths, Statistics or Data Analytics with business interest.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Passion for data analysis and business strategy.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and basic analytical methods.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-stringify-indent="0"…
