On behalf of an international market leader in the **Roeselare** region, Let's Work is looking for a **metalworker / grinder to work night shifts** .
In this role, you will ensure the precise finishing of aluminium profiles and frames. You will alternate between production runs and bespoke work, with quality always being the top priority. You'll receive a **salary starting at €16** per hour, depending on your experience, supplemented by **meal vouchers** , and you'll have every opportunity to develop your skills further thanks to a comprehensive training programme.

**What will your day look like as a grinder?**
* You will grind and deburr aluminium profiles in accordance with the technical drawings
* Using visual inspection and the necessary measuring instruments, you'll carry out quality checks on your own grinding work
* You'll alternate between production line work and piecework
* You process production orders via an ERP system
* You carry out first-line maintenance, e.g. replacing sanding brushes, maintaining work equipment, etc.
* **Salary from €16 per hour,** depending on your experience, supplemented by **meal vouchers**
* Full-time role inthe **permanent night shift**

Gevraagde vaardigheden
- De handelingen voor montage, assemblage en aanpassingen bepalen De bevoorrading en het gereedschap van de werkpost controleren
- De mechanische installatie bevoorraden en toezicht houden op de montage en assemblage van de stukken en onderdelen
- De kwaliteit controleren, de stukken markeren en niet-conforme stukken apart houden
- Gegevens voor productie- en kwaliteitsopvolging registreren (storingen, interventies, ...)
- Storingen aan de installatie opsporen en de nodige corrigerende maatregelen treffen
- De installaties controleren en onderhouden (reinigen, smeren, ...)
- De montage en assemblage controleren (uitzicht, evenwijdigheid, speling, stevigheid, werking, ...) en de nodige aanpassingen uitvoeren
- De te assembleren onderdelen controleren, plaatsen en vastzetten (frames, profielen, structuren, ...)
