Grinder & Laser Operator - Roeselare - Night shift

For an innovative and internationally active company in the event and exhibition stand construction industry, we are looking for a **Grinder (Deburring Operator) – Laser Operator**. You will join a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key priorities.

In this role, you will combine grinding and laser operations, contributing to the finishing of high-quality aluminum systems.

**Tasks**

* Grinding and deburring aluminium profiles according to technical drawings * Alternating between series production and custom-made work * Laser processing of finished frames * Reading and interpreting technical drawings * Performing quality checks checks (visually or using instruments such as calipers) * Recording and tracking quality data using inspection sheets * Processing production orders in an ERP system * Performing first-line maintenance (equipment upkeep, replacing brushes, etc.) * Flexibly assisting at other workstations when required * Ensuring clear communication during shift handovers
