This role focuses on improving the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of systems that power CoreWeave's infrastructure validation and performance testing. You'll partner with fleet, product, and hardware teams to evolve our GPU performance testing platform to ensure we deliver a reliable and performant experience to our customers.</p> <h2 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></h2> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Implement and maintain solutions to problems of scale for testing and validation of CoreWeave's global infrastructure</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Develop and improve performance tests and automation workflows to expand hardware validation across the CoreWeave fleet</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Troubleshoot and maintain Kubernetes custom controllers and operators that automate infrastructure testing</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Adapt and extend open source tooling to enhance visibility into system metrics, performance, and health</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Participate in an on-call rotation</li> </ul> <h2 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h2> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">2–5 years of software engineering experience</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Competency in Go and/or Python software development</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hands-on experience with Kubernetes at production scale</li> </ul> <h2 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Preferred:</strong></h2> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience building backend services</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience testing hardware at scale</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">HPC experience</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and training/inference</li> </ul> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Wondering if you're a good fit?
