How your day-to-day in this role will look
You will receive specialized training for the product and service. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting customers with booking inquiries
Becoming a product and service expert
Providing support via email, chat, and phone calls
Using your positive energy to upsell products and deliver excellent customer experiences
Specializing in a specific brand and building a clear career progression path
Requirements
What do you need to be successful in this role?
Language Maestro: Fluent in Germanand good English
Tech Savvy: Curious about the latest technologies
Customer Charmer: Previous experience is a plus
Communication Virtuoso with strong interpersonal skills
