How a day-to-day will look like:
Specialist training for the product/service which will be a vibrant and innovative social media platform, allowing users to create and share short videos on various topics and trends.
You will:
Review Content in accordance with the policies
Moderate and escalate violations of client policies
Maintain a high level of quality in each case you review
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
Fluent in German, with solid English communication skills
Tech-curious and eager to stay on top of the latest innovations
Customer-oriented, with prior experience as a strong advantage
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Empathetic by nature, with a genuine passion for helping others
