Who This Is For
The General Manager (GM) will serve as the primary driver of business growth and market expansion for Crawlspace Medic of Nashville. This role is responsible for leading the front half of the business, with a strong emphasis on business development, sales growth, marketing execution, pricing strategy, and overall market leadership.
The General Manager will work in close partnership with the Operations Manager, who oversees production, installations, and day-to-day operational execution. While the GM holds overall accountability for business performance, this role is not focused on managing daily install operations, but rather on building the systems, team, and momentum required to grow revenue, market share, and long-term enterprise value.
This position is ideal for a highly motivated, growth-oriented leader who thrives in competitive markets and is energized by building relationships, leading people, and scaling a service-based business.

The Role
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Lead and execute business development efforts to drive consistent growth in leads, revenue, and market share.
Own and optimize sales strategy, pricing, marketing initiatives, and customer acquisition efforts.
Build, lead, and develop front-end team members, including sales, office, and customer service functions.
Foster a strong, aligned team culture focused on accountability, growth, and customer experience.
Plan and facilitate weekly leadership and staff meetings focused on performance, growth initiatives, and priorities.
Partner with the Operations Manager and ownership team to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and operational capacity.
Manage personnel recruitment, screening, hiring, and onboarding for front-end and administrative roles.
Oversee office management and administrative systems that support scalable growth.
Address and resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Engage in strategic planning, forecasting, and execution of long-term business growth initiatives.
Requirements

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in business leadership, sales management, or business development
At least 6 years of experience leading teams and developing personnel
Experience in residential construction, home services, or a small-business environment strongly preferred
Demonstrated success driving growth in a competitive market

Full-time W-2, salary exempt
Starting base salary $80k + performance-based profit sharing opportunity
