This leader owns the day-to-day execution of the business while partnering with Guild Garage Group leadership to execute long-term growth initiatives.</p> <p>This position carries full responsibility for operational execution, employee engagement, profitability, and delivering industry-leading customer service.</p> <hr> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Operational Leadership</h3> <ul> <li>Lead all daily business operations, including service, installation, warehouse, scheduling, customer service, and sales.</li> <li>Create a culture of accountability through consistent leadership, coaching, and performance management.</li> <li>Ensure operational excellence by implementing and maintaining standardized processes and best practices.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement across all departments.</li> </ul> <h3>Financial &amp; Business Performance</h3> <ul> <li>Own branch P&amp;L performance and achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.</li> <li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to improve performance.</li> <li>Manage labor productivity, inventory, expenses, fleet utilization, and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Build and execute annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts.</li> </ul> <h3>Leadership &amp; Team Development</h3> <ul> <li>Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop exceptional leaders and employees.</li> <li>Build a culture centered on safety, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and succession planning.</li> <li>Foster employee engagement and retain top talent through effective leadership.</li> </ul> <h3>Customer Experience</h3> <ul> <li>Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.</li> <li>Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and professionally.</li> <li>Maintain quality standards that reinforce Action Garage Door's reputation for excellence.</li> </ul> <h3>Sales &amp; Growth</h3> <ul> <li>Partner with sales leadership to drive residential and commercial growth.</li> <li>Improve close rates, average ticket values, and overall profitability.</li> <li>Support marketing initiatives and community involvement to strengthen brand awareness.</li> </ul> <h3>Safety &amp; Compliance</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, company policies, and all applicable regulations.</li> <li>Promote a strong safety culture across all departments.</li> <li>Ensure fleet, facilities, and equipment are properly maintained.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <h3>Required Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential or commercial home services.</li> <li>3+ years leading multi-department operations with full P&amp;L responsibility.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and improve business performance.</li> <li>Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics.</li> <li>Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.</li> <li>Experience using business management software and Microsoft Office.</li> <li>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.</li> <li>Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in the garage door, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or similar home service industries.</li> <li>ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent leadership experience).</li> <li>Experience leading organizations through growth and operational transformation.</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What Success Looks Like</h2> <p>The…
