General Ledger Accounting Manager

In this role you lead and coach the General Ledger Accounting Team within the Group Accounting Center, ensuring a strong and collaborative accounting environment. As a hands-on accounting manager, you support your team with technical expertise while safeguarding accurate financial reporting and continuously improving accounting processes across multiple international entities.

**Job description**

* We count on you to lead, coach and further develop the General Ledger team of 9 people within the Global Accounting Center.
* As a hands-on manager, you support your team in complex accounting topics and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.
* You take ownership of the Record-to-Report process and safeguard compliance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements as defined by Group Finance.
* Together with Group Finance and local finance teams, you ensure clear and consistent reporting and strong collaboration across the different entities.
* You continuously look for opportunities to improve and standardize accounting processes and drive automation initiatives within the accounting environment.
* You report to the Group Director Shared Services.
