Game Designer (Slots)

About this role

Our client is a Barcelona-based iGaming company specializing in the development of online slot games for international markets. With a catalogue of 150+ titles and a steady release pace of 3–4 new games per month, they combine creative vision with strong technical expertise.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Design classic slot games, including detailed game concepts, mechanics, scenarios and visuals.
Writing and maintaining game documentation.
Oversee the development and testing processes.
Validation of the game builds, math models and their visual components.
Supporting developers in the process of assembling the game
Market analysis, searching for successful mechanics and visual solutions.
Requirements
Experience with social games or real-money gaming is a must.
Experience in game features design, art feedback, mathematical balancing and GDD creation.
Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing game designs.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating game performance and player behavior.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote working environment.
