About this role

Create and develop slot game concepts from idea to release
Design game mechanics, bonus features, and player flow
Prepare, maintain, and update full game design documentation (GDD)
Collaborate closely with art, development, and mathematics teams throughout production
Work with mathematicians on balancing mechanics, including RTP and volatility
Ensure the final implementation matches the original vision and design goals
Participate in product testing, analysis, and iteration processes
Improve UX and overall player experience
Research market trends, competitors, and successful game features
Contribute unique ideas and strong features that make games more engaging and distinctive
Provide clear tasks, feedback, and direction to cross-functional teams, including art feedback where needed
Requirements
Proven experience as a Game Designer in slot games
Strong understanding of key slot mechanics such as Free Spins, Hold & Win, Respin, Pick, and similar features
Hands-on experience creating and maintaining high-quality GDD
Russian language as a must
Experience designing game features and providing art feedback
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Strong market and competitor analysis skills
Proven ability to create engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing game design
Strong analytical skills to evaluate game performance and player behavior
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in a remote environment
Passion for slot games and a strong drive to deliver the best possible player experience
