Functional Analyst (PM | SAP IS-Oil) - Saudi Arabia

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled and experienced Functional Analyst – SAP IS-Oil (PM) to support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SAP solutions within the Oil & Gas domain. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into SAP functionalities and solutions.
Requirements
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users to understand operational needs and translate them into functional specifications.
Analyze business processes and map them to SAP IS-Oil and SAP PM functionalities.
Lead and support the implementation of SAP IS-Oil solutions, ensuring proper integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Provide post go-live support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
Handle day-to-day user queries and system-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Prepare detailed functional specifications (FS documents) and collaborate with technical teams to develop and deliver customized solutions.
Conduct end-user training sessions for different business roles to ensure effective system utilization.
Mentor and train junior consultants, enhancing team capability in SAP IS-Oil.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules such as MM, SD, and FI/CO.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-Oil and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations (at least 1–2 end-to-end projects preferred).
Experience in Oil & Gas industry projects is highly desirable.
Expertise in business requirement analysis and functional documentation.
Good understanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO).
Experience in post go-live support and enhancement projects.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
