As a Functional Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on requirements gathering, process modeling, and ensuring the coherence of our solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into functional specifications, and support engineering activities as needed.

Role

* Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings and workshops. * Create detailed functional designs, process models using BPMN, and user stories. * Provide third-line support, troubleshooting incidents post-development, and training end-users. * Contribute to disaster recovery planning and ensure business continuity.
