Experience Required:4-5 YearPosition Overview:We are seeking a talented and passionateFull Stack Unity Developerto join our team at Togwe. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inUnity (C#)to design, develop, and optimize real-time multiplayer games likeLudo, Cricket, Chess, Carrom, and other casual/sports games.

Backend development experience (Node.js/GoLang) will be considered a plus, butUnity and C# expertise is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend (Unity – Mandatory):

• Develop and implement multiplayer games using Unity Engine (2D & 3D).

• Build engaging gameplay features including player mechanics, AI, animations, physics, and UI/UX.

• Optimize games formobile devices (iOS & Android)ensuring smooth performance.

• Integrate third-party SDKs/APIs (ads, payments, analytics, leaderboards, social features).

• Debug, profile, and resolve performance issues.

Backend (Optional/Preferred):

• Knowledge ofNode.js/GoLangfor building scalable game servers.

• Experience withreal-time multiplayer (WebSockets/Socket.io/Photon/Mirror/Netcode).

• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and cloud hosting (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4–6 yearsof proven experience as a Unity Game Developer.

• Strong expertise inUnity & C# (mandatory).

• Hands-on experience in developingmultiplayer board/sports games(Ludo, Chess, Carrom, Cricket preferred).

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end game features.

Good to Have (Preferred):

• Backend development skills inNode.js/GoLang.

• Experience with payment gateways, anti-cheat systems, and secure game environments.

• Prior experience publishing games onGoogle Play Store / Apple App Store.

• Knowledge of blockchain/web3-based gaming will be an advantage.
