Full Stack Engineer (Remote: Vietnam)

About this role

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams. We're building a real-time facility navigation and asset-tracking platform for industrial and logistics sites — GPS/BLE-based positioning, live forklift and asset overlays, zone/dwell analytics, and a driver-facing mobile app, backed by a distributed-systems (actor-model) backend.

The Role We're hiring a mid-level full stack engineer whose primary responsibility is frontend development: the React Native driver app and Mapbox GL JS map features, as well as an admin portal. Backend work in .NET might be a secondary part of the role.

Responsibilities — Frontend (primary) • Build and maintain the React Native driver app: QR onboarding/consent flows, GPS/BLE data display • Implement Mapbox GL JS features: live position overlays, zone/dwell visualization, realtime map layers • Own frontend performance and reliability for realtime, sensor-driven UI

Responsibilities — Backend (secondary) • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services in C#/.NET • Support GPS/BLE positioning data ingestion pipelines • Support telemetry ingestion and zone/dwell analytics processing • Work within an actor-model distributed backend (built on Microsoft Orleans) designed by the tech lead Requirements • 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience • Strong experience with React Native for mobile app development • Strong experience with Mapbox GL JS or a comparable mapping/geospatial library (Leaflet, Google Maps SDK) • Working proficiency in C#/.NET — API design, services, data pipelines • Comfort working with realtime/streaming data (WebSockets, telemetry, sensor data) • Strong written and spoken English for daily collaboration with a distributed team

Nice to Have • Familiarity with distributed systems / actor-model concepts (e.g., Orleans, Akka) • Experience with BLE positioning or beacon technology • Background in industrial, logistics, or IoT/telemetry domains • Security-conscious development practices (authentication, PII handling) Benefits Remote work (Vietnam-based) Estimated project duration: 19 weeks Full-time schedule: 8 hours per day, with mandatory availability for at least 4 hours Freelance / Service Agreement Hourly Rate: 12$-16$
