* Lead the development team and provide technical coaching to junior and medior developers. * Execute complex programming tasks including coding, testing, and debugging Java-based applications. * Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies within the project team. * Develop robust REST APIs and integrate them with modern frontend components. * Optimize database performance and maintain data models within a PostgreSQL environment. * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions.
