About this role
We are urgently looking for a polished and organized Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact in a automotive showroom, for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.
This role is temporary for 3 Months and is not focused on customer service recovery but on managing the front-of-house professionally while handling administrative tasks and outbound calling activities to support the sales team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and walk-in clients with a professional demeanor, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate sales executive or department.
High-Volume Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential leads for appointment setting, follow up on service reminders, and update client records regarding new vehicle arrivals.
Data Entry & Excel: Maintain and update daily showroom logs, visitor trackers, and lead databases. Use Excel to compile daily reports on walk-ins, call conversions, and appointment schedules.
Lead Qualification: Gather initial information from visitors and callers to qualify leads before passing them to the sales floor.
Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with paperwork, filing, and organizing client documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative role (automotive or luxury retail background preferred).
Excel Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets, data entry, basic formulas, and filters).
With SAP experience in Automotive industry.
Calling Skills: Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and speaking clearly on the phone.
Professionalism: Well-presented, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced showroom environment
