Job Summary
Are you a French-speaking professional with a technical mindset and a passion for consultative selling? We are seeking a high-caliber Sales Development Representative to join an industry-leading sales outsourcing firm with 15 years of proven excellence. In this role, you won't just be making calls; you will be engaging in sophisticated, concept-led conversations within the engineering and SaaS sectors. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical background to navigate complex business challenges and drive growth for world-class clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute a high-volume outbound strategy, maintaining an average of 50 targeted touchpoints per day.
• Conduct consultative discovery calls to identify pain points and introduce complex technical solutions to the French market.
• Manage and track all lead generation activity, pipeline, and outreach within Salesforce.
• Consistently achieve a monthly target of 10 qualified outbound opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging based on market feedback and technical requirements.
Requirements
• Professional fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).
• A background in Engineering or a strong technical aptitude capable of understanding complex SaaS concepts.
• Proven experience in consultative or concept-based sales.
• High level of coachability and a desire to continuously refine your sales craft.
• An affable, curious, and determined personality with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
• Prior experience working within an outsourced sales or agency environment.
• Existing proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience selling specifically into the French industrial or software manufacturing sectors.
