As a **Freight Forwarder**, you are responsible for the **end-to-end coordination and follow-up of export shipments** by **seafreight**. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Managing **export files from A to Z** for both **FCL and LCL shipments**;
* Maintaining **daily contact with customers** and **proactively monitoring** their shipments;
* Organizing and coordinating **pre-carriage and on-carriage transport** with logistics partners;
* Liaising with shipping lines for **operational follow-up**;
* Working closely with the customs team to ensure **accurate and compliant documentation**;
* Ensuring **correct invoicing** and **administrative processing** of shipments;
* Monitoring and adhering to all applicable quality, safety, and compliance standards.
