As a **Freelance Ticketing Manager** your responsibilities are:

* **Lead** and **structure** a team of 6-7 **event programmers** in Belgium ;
* Act as the **main point** of **contact** for clients and **internal stakeholders** ;
* **Oversee programming** and **configuration** of client **ticketing platforms** ;
* **Manage** event setup **including pricing, sales windows,** dates, seat maps and inventory ;
* **Monitor** team **KPIs, performance** and service quality ;
* **Analyse** operational issues and **identify long-term** solutions and improvements ;
* **Support** the **team** in **decision-making, prioritisation** and reaching clear outcomes ;
* **Contribute** to the ongoing **restructuring** and development of the **Belgian operation** ;
