As a **Freelance Tender/Bid Manager** your responsibilities are:
* **Identify** and assess relevant European and **institutional** tender **opportunities** ;
* **Analyse tender documentation,** requirements, evaluation **criteria** and submission procedures ;
* **Lead** the **end-to-end** tender process, from **opportunity identification** through **submission** ;
* **Coordinate** internal stakeholders and **external** experts involved in **bid preparation** ;
* Structure and coordinate high-quality technical and **commercial proposals** ;
* **Ensure** compliance with all **administrative,** procedural and technical tender requirements ;
* **Develop** clear **bid strategies** and coordinate the produ**c**tion of **supporting documentation** ;
* Manage **timelines, deadlines** and **deliverables** to **ensure** accurate and on-time **submissions** ;
