As a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsibilities are:

* Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
* Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards and social media.
* Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
* Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system.

Our customer offers you:

* A daily rate of €450 to €500, based on your expertise and experience.
* A temporary position in the retail industry, based near Brussels.
