Jobomschrijving

As a **Freelance Senior Project & Process Manager** (TOM) your responsibilities are:

* Lead the planning, coordination and execution of TOM design and implementation activities across the Group ;
* Structure project workstreams, milestones, deliverables and implementation plans ;
* Monitor dependencies, risks and issues, ensuring progress and alignment with business priorities ;
* Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate project meetings and support decision-making ;
* Prepare management updates and ensure clear communication on project progress ;
* Translate agreed TOM deliverables into concrete actions and sustainable implementation ;
* Support change management and the adoption of new organisational practices ;
