Our client is a leading **Belgian FMCG company** with a strong portfolio of recognised consumer brands and a clear focus on **brand development** and **innovation.** The Marketing team is looking for a **senior freelance professional** who can independently drive transversal projects and support the business during a period of transition.

As a **Freelance Senior Brand Manager** Innovation your responsibilities are:

* **Lead** brand management and innovation **projects** from **concept** to **execution** ;
* Drive **product development** initiatives using **Stage-Gate** processes ;
* Manage **brand equity,** positioning and **strategic brand** development ;
* **Coordinate** operational aspects of **product launches,** including packaging and **labels** ;
* **Manage** digital brand assets and **coordinate processes** with **external agencies**
* **Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders** and ensure alignment across projects ;
* **Monitor** project **timelines, deliverables** and priorities **independently** ;
* **Identify risks** and anticipate next steps to ensure smooth **project delivery** ;
