As a **Freelance Sales Manager** your responsibilities are:

* **Define** and **implement** a commercial action plan to strengthen the company's position in **Belgium** and across the **BeNeLux** region ;
* Identify, approach and **develop new customers,** with a particular focus on **sea freight** opportunities ;
* **Reactivate** dormant customers and explore **new business** opportunities using the company's **extensive customer database** and TMS ;
* Strengthen relationships with **international freight forwarding** agents, a key source of business for the organisation ;
* **Analyse** customer portfolios, **market potential** and **historical business data** to identify opportunities for growth ;
* **Drive** commercial **performance,** targeting growth of approximately **25-30%** ;
* **Collaborate** with **internal stakeholders** to translate commercial opportunities into concrete solutions and added value for customers ;
* Explore opportunities in the **pharmaceutical sector,** including developments linked to new licences and **ISO-related** initiatives ;
