* Lead, coach, and support team members in their professional growth and development.
* Build and maintain a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.
* Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure effective team delivery by managing capacity, workload, planning, and operational effectiveness.
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to strengthen Agile practices and improve overall team performance.
