Freelance Payroll Specialist – Region Liège

For an international player in the industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced **Freelance Payroll Specialist** to temporarily strengthen the internal payroll team. In this role, you will report directly to the Payroll Manager.

**Your responsibilities:**

* **Supporting the end-to-end payroll cycle** for approximately 400 employees (blue- and white-collar) in collaboration with SD Worx.
* Ensuring the **accuracy, completeness and timeliness of data** in SD Worx and SAP SuccessFactors.
* Monitoring, analyzing and optimizing the **time and attendance system**.
* **Identifying and analyzing** anomalies within payroll processes and system configurations while contributing to sustainable solutions.
* Initiating and implementing **process improvements** with a strong focus on efficiency, quality and automation.
