The organization operates a global **supply chain,** with most products **manufactured** in **Asia** and additional production sites in Europe (Germany and Spain). The European headquarters manages distribution across EMEA, working closely with multiple 3PL warehouse partners.

Jobomschrijving

As a **Freelance Inventory Planner** your responsibilities are:

* **Manage** and **optimize inventory** levels across multiple European warehouses.
* **Monitor stock levels,** overstock, shortages and expiry risks, **ensuring availability** and cost efficiency.
* **Act** as the **main point** of cobntact for **3PL** partners, coordinating **inbound** and **outbound** flows.
* **Collaborate closely** with **demand planning** teams to align **forecasts** and **anticipate supply risks.**
* Support the **opening** of new **warehouses (Spain, Italy)** and ensure alignment with internal processes.
* Ensure **inventory accuracy,** including **stock reconciliation** and cycle counts.
* Follow up **daily operations** to guarantee product availability and service levels.
* **Contribute** to process improvements and standardization across EMEA supply chain operations.
