Jobomschrijving

* Take a leading operational role in the Pay Transparency project and support its practical implementation.
* Work with an existing job grading framework, already validated at executive level, and ensure its effective application.
* Support the rollout and communication of the newly developed Reward Policy.
* Analyze current compensation practices and employment conditions and identify potential gaps or required adjustments.
* Translate Reward policies and frameworks into concrete and workable HR processes.
* Support the annual merit and salary review process.
* Work with Hay job evaluation methodology and support the transition of existing grading practices where required.
* Support the administration and improvement of HR processes.

* Take ownership of a highly topical Pay Transparency implementation project.
* Work on a broad and sophisticated Compensation & Benefits scope, beyond a purely advisory role.
* International exposure across Belgium, France and Bulgaria.
* Work with a sizeable population of approximately 1,400 employees, including both blue- and white-collar profiles.
* Opportunity to contribute to several strategic Reward topics, including grading, merit, bonuses, warrants, allowances and reporting.
