Freelance Call Center Agent Inbound - German (m/f/d)

About this role

To strengthen our international team, we are looking for highly communicative freelancers to join our German-speaking Customer Care team.
Zenith Quality Services Ltd. (ZQS) provides professional support to international companies in their daily business operations, with a particular focus on secretarial services, customer support, and telephone answering services.

As a Freelance Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for callers on behalf of many small and medium-sized businesses. You will greet callers in a friendly and professional manner, take callback requests, transfer calls, schedule appointments, process orders, and provide information.
Your qualifications:

• You have native-level German language skills, both written and spoken.

• You have a good command of written and spoken English.

• You have a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID).

• You have a dedicated, lockable workspace where you can work without interruptions.

• You have excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.

• You are comfortable adapting to different work processes and are confident using a PC.

Technical requirements:

• High speed internet connection (min. 25 Mbps Download, min. 5 Mbps Upload)

• PC or laptop with Windows10 or Windows11 (activated and licensed) or macOS (Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura)

• Cable-based fixed-line technology: VDSL, Cable (DOCSIS) or Fiber

• CPU: Minimum 4 physical cores at 2 GHz or higher

• Memory: Minimum 8 GB RAM

• Storage: At least 100 MB of free local disk space

• Screen size of 24 inches, Resolution of 1080p or higher

• Keyboard, mouse, and a USB headset for calls and meetings
