Jobomschrijving

1. Asset & Commercial Management

* Act as the **primary point of contact for tenants**, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels
* Proactively manage **vacancy reduction** through active leasing strategies
* Conduct and lead **lease negotiations** with prospective tenants within pre-approved parameters
* Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to enhance asset value and returns

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

* Manage and closely collaborate with **external real estate agents (brokers)**

* Provide clear leasing strategy direction
* Follow up on commercial activities and pipeline
* Oversee and coordinate **property managers** responsible for technical operations

* Ensure proper maintenance standards and cost control
* Align technical management with asset strategy

3. Operational & Site-Based Activities

* Regular on-site presence to:

* Visit properties and assess conditions
* Meet tenants and local stakeholders
* Support leasing and operational initiatives on the ground

4. Data Management & Documentation

* Structure, complete, and maintain the **data room** for both portfolios
* Ensure all property-related documentation is:

* Accurate and up to date
* Properly organized and digitized
* Lead or coordinate the **digitalization of paper-based records**, improving accessibility and transparency
