You will play a hands-on role in Board-level reporting, Anaplan model development, monthly close processes, and a wide range of ad hoc analytical needs. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to key stakeholders. </p> <p><strong>Why it’s a big deal…</strong> </p> <p>The FP&A team sits at the heart of Conga's commercial operations, providing the financial intelligence that drives strategic decisions. As a Senior Analyst, your work will directly support our executive leadership team and Board of Directors, making precision, initiative, and analytical excellence critical to this role's impact. </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities...</strong></p> <p><strong>Anaplan Administration & Enhancements</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Lead and support enhancements to the Anaplan financial planning platform, including model builds, data integrations, and workflow improvements. </li> <li>Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the Anaplan environment. </li> <li>Maintain model integrity and documentation and act as a resource for end-user questions. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Monthly Close & Reporting</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Support the monthly financial close process, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and variance commentary. </li> <li>Manually update and distribute financial reporting packs to business partners and leadership on a timely basis. </li> <li>Prepare T&E (Travel & Expense) reporting and commentary, analyzing spend trends and flagging anomalies for management review. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Cash Forecasting</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Own and maintain the weekly cash forecast model, consolidating inputs from across the business and communicating updates to Finance leadership. </li> <li>Monitor forecast-to-actuals variances and proactively identify and explain drivers of cash movement. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Board & Executive Reporting</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Board of Directors deck, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial narratives. </li> <li>Prepare and update executive-level financial summaries, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards on a recurring basis. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Ad Hoc Analysis & Special Projects</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Respond to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from Finance leadership and cross-functional business partners. </li> <li>Assist the FP&A Manager with special projects including process improvements, system implementations, and corporate development activities as needed. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Here’s what we’re looking for...</strong> </p> <p><strong>Related Experience</strong></p> <p>You have 3 or more years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field. You have a track record of building and maintaining financial models and reports that drive business decisions, with particular strength in Excel and Anaplan.
