Ethos is seeking experienced FP&A professionals to help train AI language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on building forecasts, variance bridges, and driver-based operating models for a growing company. Ideal candidates will have 5 years in FP&A or corporate finance, with a proven ability to produce board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos.
