ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on founding growth role at an early-stage fintech company building an AI-enabled financial services business. You will work alongside the founder to build the customer acquisition engine, turn audience reach into qualified conversations, and improve conversion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and run acquisition programs across outbound, automation, events, gifting, partnerships, referrals, paid channels, and PR.

- Turn media reach among founders and business owners into customer conversations and signed mandates.

- Map prospective sellers and buyers, their needs, decision-makers, and the best ways to reach them.

- Run rapid growth experiments, measure results, and develop successful approaches into repeatable programs.

- Help determine which customer segments to serve and how to earn prospective clients' attention.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Typically 2 to 10 years of experience, including early growth work at a fast-growing startup serving small businesses or founders, or similarly strong results acquiring founder and business-owner customers.

- Hands-on experience building campaigns, writing outreach sequences, and setting up growth automation.

- Demonstrated personal success acquiring customers through channels such as outbound, events, partnerships, referrals, or automation.

- Ability to connect growth decisions to results, with a sound understanding of acquisition costs, conversion funnels, and retention.

- Creative judgment, a willingness to run experiments, and interest in shaping an early-stage team and business.

- Finance, M&A, or banking experience is not required. No specific technology stack is listed.
