ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a core operator role working directly with the founders of an early-stage AI company in the freight and logistics space. You'll own high-leverage workstreams end-to-end — spanning product, operations, and go-to-market — and have a clear path toward senior operating or founding responsibility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own and run cross-functional projects across finance, operations, compliance, and people.

- Build and manage internal systems, tooling, and automations that enable the company to scale.

- Lead recruiting efforts end-to-end, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.

- Support go-to-market initiatives and help bring AI agent solutions to enterprise customers.

- Step into whatever challenge moves the company forward — from board prep to vendor management.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience in generalist, operating, consulting, or founding roles, ideally in early-stage or high-agency environments.

- Hands-on ability to build internal tooling, systems, and automations yourself — not just direct others to do so.

- Technical background or strong intuition for AI, software architecture, and automation principles.

- Experience running cross-functional projects end-to-end across business functions including finance, operations, and people.

- Experience supporting B2B go-to-market initiatives and engaging enterprise customers.

- Full fluency in both German and English; able to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

- Comfort owning outcomes end-to-end with minimal supervision in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

- Ability to switch between big-picture thinking and detailed execution within the same day.

- Bonus: familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding; experience with board prep or investor relations; consulting or strategy background with exposure to process optimization.
