LightSight is a forward-deployed consulting company building customized solutions for mid-sized firms, predominantly in the Midwest. We're a team of former Microsoft engineers/PMs bringing our experience with internal process improvement on Microsoft datacenters to other organizations. Our mission is to equip our clients with the knowledge and means to continuously innovate with AI - if that sounds inspiring, you would fit in well here.
If you have industry software development experience and like to work with AI coding tools, we would love to hear from you! We predominantly work in Azure/Go/React (TypeScript), but are not particular about which stack you've used.
Compensation: $90k (junior) - $150k (senior)
