Recognized as a Glassdoor Top 100 Best Place to Work, we offer a collaborative and caring community where you feel like you belong and are empowered to grow, learn and thrive through hands-on experience, certifications, industry training and more. </div> <div> </div> <div>Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!</div> <div> </div> </div></div><p><strong>The work: </strong></p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <div> <ul> <li>Deliver end‑to‑end, production-grade data and AI solutions on Databricks platforms.</li> <li>Design and build scalable data pipelines, APIs, and user-facing applications using Spark and modern big‑data engines.</li> <li>Design and build Databricks Apps, including both front‑end and back‑end components.</li> <li>Integrate LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into applications and data workflows.</li> <li>Deploy solutions to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitor production systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.</li> <li>Debug complex issues across the full stack, including data pipelines, application services, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations.</li> <li>Implement CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and secure, repeatable production deployments.</li> <li>Ensure data governance, quality, and security through best practices and tools like Unity Catalog.</li> <li>Partner directly with customer stakeholders to define requirements, architect solutions, and provide hands-on technical guidance.</li> <li>Produce clear documentation, runbooks, and technical enablement materials for long-term maintainability.</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>Here is what you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-stack engineering with Databricks platforms</li> <li>Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions</li> <li>Proven track record delivering production-grade systems end-to-end</li> <li>Experience building scalable data pipelines, APIs, and user-facing applications</li> <li>Hands-on integration of LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into applications</li> <li>Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and modern AI frameworks</li> <li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li> <li>Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment workflows</li> <li>Databricks Data Engineer Professional certification</li> <li>Ability to travel, dependent on client and team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active Government Security clearance </li> <li>Experience with Databricks on both E2 and PVC</li> </ul> <p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">.
