Acting as a team liaison for various internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure accurate and timely communication and alignment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) generation, support, issue resolution, and generating performance metrics for both internal and external teams. Additionally, you will facilitate seamless communication across fleet engineering, data center technicians, and vendor teams.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="7:1-7:461;640-1100">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center operations or similar physical logistics, experience with RMA processes, working with external vendors, and the ability to analyze, optimize, and operationalize both internal and external processes. Experience leading cross-team projects, working with planning, execution, and evaluation of project initiatives, including ticketing process improvements and optimization are assets for this role.</p> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" data-sourcepos="9:1-9:17;1102-1118"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h3> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3" data-sourcepos="11:1-16:229;1120-2080"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="11:1-11:135;1120-1254">3-5 years experience with physical IT infrastructure, Data Center operations and/or RMA of physical equipment with external vendors.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="12:1-12:165;1255-1419">Experience working with and developing ticket-based workflows and looking at issues and ticket data trends to help identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="13:1-13:210;1420-1629">Familiar with tools and methods to create and maintain detailed documentation, and have proven experience in generating client-facing reports on infrastructure metrics, server management, and case workflows.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="14:1-14:153;1630-1782">Practiced in communicating with external vendors regarding business needs, priorities, incidents, and effectively resolving conflicts when they arise.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="15:1-15:69;1783-1851">Demonstrated execution ability and excellent communication skills.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2" data-sourcepos="16:1-16:229;1852-2080">Ability to conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
