Your responsibilities as Fleet and HR Administration Officer

As Fleet & HR Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of administrative processes and company vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating the administrative follow-up of the company fleet.
* Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding fleet-related matters.
* Managing various administrative tasks, documentation and reporting.
* Processing and monitoring invoices and related records.
* Supporting internal projects and process improvements.
* Assisting the HR team with operational and administrative support when needed.
* Ensuring accurate data management and maintaining a high level of organisation.
