Fit-Out Designer

About this role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fit-Out Designer to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative space planning and interior fit-out concepts.
Prepare concept designs, mood boards, and presentation materials.
Produce detailed design drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in interior fit-out design, preferably in the UAE.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and construction detailing.
Understanding of UAE building regulations and fit-out standards is an advantage.
Excellent space planning, technical drawing, and presentation skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
