About this role

We're looking for a Fire Protection Designer who's ready to take on more complex projects and more ownership. You're hungry to grow into bigger scope, deeper client relationships, and eventually a leadership path if that's the direction you want to take.

What You'll Be Doing Design fire protection systems in AutoCAD, HydraCAD, HydraCALC, and HydraLIST, taking on projects with real complexity Build hydraulic calculations and job specifications that hold up Keep projects on track and on timeline, working independently more than you have before Partner with Project Managers on cost estimation, budgets, and margins Get out to job sites to scope projects from the ground up Solve design problems as they come up, because they always do Lead coordination meetings, sometimes solo Mentor our Fire Protection Designer I team members when they've got questions Be a go to resource for our Sprinkler Fitters in the field
