Key Responsibilities:
Active FINRA Series 6 license and solid understanding of investment and insurance products.
Knowledge of financial services, banking, or insurance operations and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills for handling client interactions and complex inquiries.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for processing transactions, documentation, and account reviews accurately.
Proficiency with standard office software and customer relationship or case management systems.
