<p>ComplyAdvantage provides an AI platform that helps thousands of businesses worldwide detect and prevent money laundering, payment fraud, and other financial crimes - stopping criminal funds from moving through the financial system.</p> <p>Our Financial Strategy team sits at the centre of how the business plans, invests, and grows, working directly with the CFO and Board. We're looking for a technically strong senior analyst to take ownership of key workstreams within it.</p> <p><strong>What you will be doing</strong></p> <p>You'll work within the Financial Strategy team to analyse business and financial performance, then turn that analysis into clear insights for senior stakeholders. Day to day, your role includes:</p> <ul> <li>Helping to produce the annual business plan and regular forecasts.</li> <li>Monthly reporting, and understanding variances against plan.</li> <li>Strategic analysis that helps the business hit its targets - including working with stakeholders to build investment cases and understand cost drivers.</li> <li>Preparing Board presentations and KPI packs.</li> <li>Financial modelling and cash flow analysis.</li> <li>Improving the processes and tools we use to raise the quality of our reporting and analysis.</li> <li>Dedicated time to upskill on AI and work on AI driven projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>You're a smart, motivated finance professional who takes pride in your work.</li> <li>Technically strong. Strong modelling, problem-solving and financial analysis skills, with high proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation tools.<br></li> <li>Experience. Two or more years in FP&amp;A or Financial Strategy.</li> <li>Financial statements. Strong working knowledge of the three financial statements and accounting methodology.</li> <li>Data fluency. Comfortable extracting and combining data across multiple systems.</li> <li>Team player. Collaborative, and works well across a small team and with stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Communication. Ability to explain complex topics in a simplified way.</li> <li>Autonomy. You contribute to workstreams with growing independence.</li> <li>Education. A bachelor's degree or equivalent.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>SaaS or technology background. Desirable, but not essential - or a track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.</li> <li>AI curiosity. A keen interest in AI and how to apply it in finance and analytical work.</li> <li>Qualification.
