* Prepare and analyse **financial statements** for the Group and subsidiaries. * Ensure accurate and timely **financial reporting.** * Maintain strong financial **controls** and **reporting** processes. * Provide insights on performance, trends and key KPIs. * Support **Group consolidation** in line with accounting standards. * **Coordinate** with local **finance teams** and **accountants.** * Identify **financial risks** and improvement opportunities. * Support annual **budgeting** and regular **forecasting** cycles. * Perform **variance analysis** versus budget and forecast. * Assist **audits, regulatory compliance** and process improvements.
