As part of the development of our activities in Belgium and the Netherlands, we are looking for a Financial Controller/Assistant. You will work closely with the Director of Administration & Development in Belgium and actively contribute to financial monitoring and performance analysis, supporting both local teams and management in Belgium and France.

**Your responsibilities :**

* You will play a key role in the administrative, financial, and analytical follow-up of the company, in close collaboration with the Director of Administration & Development in Belgium and management in France. * Ensure administrative and accounting follow-up: validation, booking, and issuance of invoices, optimization of tools (Excel). * Participate in monthly closings in collaboration with EY (cut-off of costs and revenues). * Manage declarations (VAT and statutory obligations). * Organize and monitor payments and cash flow. * Perform monthly performance analyses (margins, sites, clients, personnel) and provide reporting to management. * Contribute to client invoicing, pricing, and revenue development. * Participate in audits, internal control, and continuous process improvement. * Monitor depreciation and advise management on financial matters.
