The Financial Consulting Analyst should have relevant work experience in the benefits industry, with robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and other data analysis and modeling tools.</p> <p><strong>Reporting to:</strong> Principal Financial Consultant</p> <p><strong>Who You Are: </strong>The ideal candidate should possess exceptional analytical, communication, and relationship building skills; and is excited to join a fast-growing benefits brokerage and work with senior team members to help deliver exceptional consulting service and experience to Bennie’s customers.</p> <p>The Financial Consulting Analyst should exhibit the <strong>six core attributes</strong> of the Bennie consulting team:</p> <ol> <li>Possess a <strong>growth mindset</strong> to drive the business upward and forward.</li> <li>Take a <strong>proactive </strong>approach to value creation and delivery for customers, colleagues, and partners.</li> <li>Seize the <strong>consultative</strong> opportunity in every interaction with customers, colleagues, and partners.</li> <li>Maintain a <strong>curiosity</strong> about the industry, Bennie’s customers, and Bennie’s business.</li> <li>Bring relentless <strong>intensity</strong> to the creation of value.</li> <li>Work <strong>collaboratively </strong>with customers, colleagues, and partners.</li> </ol> <p><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Navigate carrier portals for data acquisition and development of client financial reporting dashboards</li> <li>Assist in building and updating Consulting-related tools and templates </li> <li>Work collaboratively with our consulting and sales teams to provide financial related support</li> <li>Create ad-hoc analyses for informed client decisions</li> <li>Prepare financial analyses and exhibits for customer presentations</li> <li>Support the peer review process for data accuracy</li> <li>Troubleshoot and support Excel and spreadsheet issues for consulting and sales teams</li> <li>Effectively manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines</li> <li>Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams and third party solution partners</li> </ul> <p><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Equivalent experience</li> <li>Highly proficient in MS excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li> <li>1-3 years experience working in the benefits consulting or healthcare industry</li> </ul> <p><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">Nice to Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Life & Health Producer’s License</li> <li>Certification in data analysis or MS Excel</li> <li>Extensive experience…
