About this role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance division in Vilnius. You will join one of the teams and be responsible for supporting CFO with monthly financial reporting and analysis processes. We’d love to walk you through all the details during the recruitment process!

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. We use the latest technologies to set new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will: Participate in preparation and control of quarterly and annual budgets, including forecasting and tracking actual results. Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support management decision-making. Support cross functional teams with finance related tasks (e.g. project profitability analysis). Analyze sales data and variances to provide actionable insights for business. Analyze commercial and macroeconomic environment the Company operates in. Research legal regulations that are relevant for Company's business. Investigate and analyze companies in the market Teltonika Telematics operates in. Share your findings with and collect feedback from Sales, R&D departments. Perform other ad-hoc financial/analytical/research tasks (e.g. analyze a potential acquisition target).

What we expect of you: Excellent problem-solving and written communication skills. Analytical mindset. Curiosity. The ability to spot patterns in an incomplete or poorly structured information. Some experience in finance, financial analysis. Bachelor's or Master's degree. Advanced Excel skills. Some experience with or a strong interest to learn PowerBI ecosystem (M/DAX languages). Results-oriented personality with strong motivation and can-do attitude. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Native or highly fluent Lithuanian and excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).

Salary: We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 15 Eur/h up to 23 Eur/h (~2500 Eur—3800 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses. *In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
