We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to support our financial operations, reporting, and compliance processes. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in financial reporting and analysis, supporting US tax compliance, and ensuring smooth accounts payable and receivable functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform daily bookkeeping tasks, preferably using QuickBooks.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.

• Handle invoicing, billing, and maintain client and vendor records.

• Assist in preparing and filing US tax forms and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

• Support audits and uphold adherence to accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance

• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Solid understanding of US taxation basics (e.g., 1099, sales tax)

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Experience supporting audits and ensuring financial compliance

• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Technical Requirements

• A computer with dual monitor setup is required

• Computer with at least 8GB of RAM

• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed

• Camera with at least 1080p resolution
