Going beyond traditional FP&A, this role will support the continued evolution of Benefits FP&A through increased automation, advanced analytics, standardized and scalable processes, and forward-looking decision support. This role serves as a finance partner to business and finance leaders, with responsibility for financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and insight generation for the Benefits business. Reporting to the Finance Director, with close ties to Corporate FP&A, this Manager-level role partners across Finance and the business to support disciplined execution of the financial plan, drive operational excellence, and advance automation and analytics capabilities across Finance.

The Finance Manager is expected to operate with strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to influence decisions through clear analysis and business partnership. Less than 5% travel is expected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a finance partner to business and finance leadership, translating financial performance into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Perform analysis across actuals, budget, forecast, and prior year, delivering clear insights on key drivers, trends, and risks.

• Leverage advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting, identify risks, and support pro-active decision-making.

• Prepare and present financial materials for leadership forums, articulating financial implications, trade-offs, and recommendations.

• Support Benefits FP&A planning processes, including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling and staffing operations

• Contribute to automation and FP&A process transformation efforts to improve efficiency, consistency, data quality, and insight velocity.

• Provide guidance and support to analysts and cross-functional partners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and automation-first thinking.

• Build partnering working relationships with business finance leaders and their teams.

• Support ad hoc and strategic analyses in support of business and finance initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree required

• 5-8 years of progressive finance experience, with FP&A and business partnership experience preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Workday and Adaptive Insights experience required

• Financial acumen with attention to quality, accuracy, and controls.

• Proven ability to partner with leaders, communicate insights clearly, and support decision-making in a complex environment

• Demonstrated interest in automation, process transformation, and modernization within finance

• Experience supporting analysts, projects, or cross-functional workstreams preferred
